Welcome to McGary Middle School, where diversity is celebrated, growth is expected, and every student matters. Serving grades 6 through 8 in Evansville, we are proud of the rich backgrounds and experiences our students bring to our school community.
At McGary, we are intentional in our work to close reading gaps and ensure all students develop strong literacy skills that open doors to opportunity. Our dedicated staff combines high expectations with meaningful support so students feel both challenged and encouraged.

Mission
The faculty and staff of McGary Middle School, in cooperation with parents and community leaders, provide a creative and secure atmosphere in which students develop socially, emotionally, and intellectually into caring and responsible young adults.

Students will attend McGary for grades 6-8. Students will then attend:
- Harrison High School: Grades 9-12
McGary feeder schools are Caze and Fairlawn elementary schools.
